Seguro Fuengirola uses the data sent through forms, email or WhatsApp to answer information requests and quote requests related to health, foreigners, seniors, dental, income protection, life, funeral and home insurance.

Data is used exclusively to answer the commercial request, prepare proposals, expand the information requested by the user and continue the conversation started by the user.

It is not used for unrelated purposes without an additional lawful basis.

The main basis is the user's consent when sending the form or contacting through the available channels, as well as pre-contractual measures when a quote or cover comparison is requested.

Data will be kept for the time necessary to handle the request and, when there is a commercial or contractual relationship, for the legally required periods.

If you consider the processing inadequate, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
